In line with the McDonald’s Loyalty Program, starting from October 26, 2023, at 3:00 PM, existing McDonald's McDelivery member accounts will no longer be accessible. To continue placing orders, you must re-register and upgrade to a McDonald's APP membership account.

The reason your order may not be delivered by a McDelivery rider but rather by a third-party delivery service (such as pandago or Uber Direct) is to expedite the delivery process and ensure your food arrives more quickly. Kindly reminder: The McDelivery hotline, 40-666-888, is currently available only in specific regions within Taiwan, including Keelung, Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Miaoli, Taichung, Changhua, Nantou, Chiayi, Tainan, Kaohsiung, Pingtung, Taitung, Hualien, and Yilan.
